Breakfast pastries

Hand rolled, flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. We make them plain, with chocolate, with jams or anything you want.
Danishes
A delicious flaky crust with homemade fruit puree in the center. We use seasonal fruit to give you the freshest danishes you can find.
Muffins
We are known for our muffins. We make a variety of muffins including:
Blueberry with lemon zest
Carrot and ginger
Apple, cinnamon with a dash of Amaretto (nuts optional)
Pumpkin with cinnamon and nutmeg (nuts optional)
Brioche
This classic French pastry makes a wonderful breakfast treat. Part bread and part cake, our brioche is not overly-sweet but is very tender and chewy.
Rugala
This is our specialty item. Rugala is an eastern European pastry that I grew up on in Israel. Each piece is handmade, rolled dough filled with the following:

This traditional French pastry consists of two delicate, slightly curved shells with a filling between the shells. Think of it as a fancy Oreo cookie! Some of the flavors we make:

Mini tarts
Always a wonderful bite-size and eye-catching dessert. We bake our crust, fill it with pastry cream and place fresh, seasonal fruit on top.
Madeleine
Traditional French sea-shell shell mini-cake with a little "hump" in the body. We make our madeleine using almond flour so that each mini-cake is extra moist. Think of madeleines as the French take on spongecake.
Financiers
This French tea cake is extra moist and very smoothe. It also contains almond flour. We make these cakes in chocolate and vanilla and it's up to you whether to add a raspberry in the center.

Mousse cake
These creamy, yet fluffy mousse topped cakes will make mouths water. We can make almost any flavor imaginable, so make sure to tell us what flavor you want. Sample flavors include:

If you love cheesecake, then you'll love our take on this long-time favorite. We use artisanal mascarpone cheese, making our cheesecakes light and fluffy, yet deeply flavorful.

Sure to please everyone, our top shelf ingredients and natural flavors make our pound cakes a crowd-pleaser. We make our pound cakes in lemon or lime flavors.
Dark Chocolate Cake
Cholocate-lovers, this one is for you. Using the best European chocolate, our chocolate cake is rich and moist.
Carrot Cake
People love our carrot cake because it's made from scratch and is always fresh.
Marble Cake
Dense and moist, perfect for those that can't decide between chocolate or vanilla!
Tarts
Tarts are like a work of art...but also a re
ally delicious dessert. We painstakingly take our time to create each tart just as perfect as the last. Because we make all our fillings from scratch and never use preservatives, you know that you're getting a truly special dessert. If you don't see something on this list, just ask us to make it. Biscotti
A classic Italian dessert that is crunchy and not overly sweet is great for gifts, desserts or to serve with coffee or tea. Flavors include pistachio, almond or cholocate chip.
Cinnamon
Our cinnamon cookies were a big hit at the Farmer's Market. These are thin and crispy cinnamon cookies that can be made with a thin vanilla frosting and topped with pistachios.

<This non-traditional cookie is absolutely refreshing. Great to serve after dinner as a palate cleanser or just with a hot cup of something.
Tehini Cookies
Tehini in a cookie? Yup! Coming from the Middle East, I saw tahini used in lots of things. Tahini is like a paste made from sesame seeds that has the texture of peanut, yet not as creamy. It makes a great cookie, that is not too sweet.
